Lepak Tools is a small team in Kuala Lumpur.

We make SpreadLift because lifting spreadsheets are great at maths and hard to use on a phone in the middle of a set. SpreadLift runs your sheet in any phone browser. It keeps the sheet's own %/training-max maths and gets kg and IPF plates exactly right. You don't need to install anything or make an account to start.

The things we care about:

• Your program, unchanged. The maths stays the sheet author's.
• Kg done properly. kg and IPF plates exactly right.
• Plain pricing. These are free forever: importing your sheet, the first 2 weeks of any program, and 4 calculators. The calculators are the Plate Calculator (kg & lb), Warm-up Calculator, RPE & e1RM Calculator and DOTS Calculator (IPF points). After that it's USD 4.99 a month, USD 29 a year, or USD 49 for lifetime.
• Your data stays with you. Workout logs live only on your device.
• Honesty. Our comparison page says where other apps do better.
